Refund & Return Policy At PreserveLife, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. Please review the policy below based on your product type. Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Accessories, Pet Products, Home Goods) All print-on-demand items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free reprint or refund at no cost to you. Supplement & Wellness Products (Sea Moss, Ashwagandha, Superfoods Powders, Vitamins) Due to the nature of consumable health products, we do not accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund. General Guidelines
